Arita Chatbot was an exploration of conversational interfaces: connecting natural language, contextual responses and task-oriented software in a single experience.
The exploration.
The project brought together conversation flows, intent handling and application functions such as assistance and scheduling. It represents part of our earlier work on making complex software easier to approach through language.
The perspective.
That background informs how we design conversational features today: clear scope, useful responses, explicit limitations and a path to human assistance.
